Congratulations to Caleb Holness on his well-deserved wins for the SFL Golden Boot and Young Player of the Year awards in the Super League's 2024/25 season.
Caleb had a wonderful season and was recognised for his achievements with nominations for both young player and player of the season awards at the young age of seventeen.
He received a nomination alongside Aiden Mackenzie, Liam Kennedy (a former Escocia youth player), and Jacob Donnelly, who both play for Joga Futsal and Celtic.
Coach Russell Taylor remarked, "It's a wonderful accomplishment for both players to receive nominations. Caleb's awards for top scorer and young player of the league demonstrate his dedication to self-improvement. As a coach, I'm pleased because I see significant potential for further growth in not just Caleb and Aiden, but the rest of our young squad. The skill level of young Scottish futsal players continues to rise, which will undoubtedly enhance the sport's overall quality in the years to come."
