Congratulations to Logan on signing a full time professional contract with his boyhood heros Raith Rovers.
Logan came to futsal as a raw kid with a fire in his belly to develop as a player. Down to his effort and desire he made massive progress during the most important years of his development. This resulted in him earning a contract with Dunfermline Athletic and moving on from grassroots club Burntisland Shipyard.
Logan then went on to experience the highs and lows of football after being released from Dunfermline Athletic and latterly Livingston.
These experiences can often be the making of a player and help build resilience and an understanding of what is required to get to the next level. They also highlight that every journey is different.
Logan returned to grassroots with Raith Rovers CC, regained that fire in his belly, and earned the opportunity to go in and train with the first team towards the end of last season. He must have impressed as he earned a 1 year full time contract for the season ahead.
Logan now just has to keep impressing, working hard to catch the managers eye, and making the most of opportunities to play at Raith or on loan next season. We will be cheering him all the way!!
Players like Logan and Liam Kennedy are exactly the reason why we do what we do. Our coaches take enormous pride in seeing players we have coached go on to be successful. Even more so when it is players you have coached from a young age and developed a good relationship with.
Well done Logan!!
