Our First Team have qualified for the quarter finals of the Scottish Cup after a 3-2 victory over North Merchiston Vale at Michael Woods on Wednesday 21st February.
It wasn't our greatest performance but the main thing is we are still in the competition.
In the league we have achieved top 5 status and guaranteed to play against the top teams in the country after the split. This was an objective we set ourselves at the start of the season and to achieve it with a game to spare is an added bonus.
There have been ups and downs and learning points from every fixture we have played in our first season in the top flight. Playing more advanced sides on a more regular basis will only benefit our young squad.
We have now set ourselves some new targets for the remainder of the season that we hope to achieve over the next couple of months.
We have Letham Santos to play in a rescheduled fixture in Perth on Sunday 25th February before the split fixtures start on March.
We are also top of our Super League Cup group with just 1 game played, a 4-2 victory over Letham Santos.
We hope to qualify in the top 2 from this difficult group.
Our B Team are at the top of the league with 6 difficult fixtures remaining.
Stirling University have hit top form whilst Dalkeith Thistle and North Merchiston Vale are still in contention. We play the latter next Wednesday.
We were eliminated 9-7 by Glasgow league leaders Ambassadors in the Scottish Cup. A 9-7 defeat we were unfortunate not to win in Glasgow.
