ACADEMY
This week is SMALL SIDED GAMES week. At these sessions there is minimal coaching with different pitch sizes and layouts. We are looking for the players to be all over the court and working to improve their attacking and defending actions.
Now that light nights are returning, we encourage our players to do additional work from home by accessing the 7mlc site on YouTube. Individual practice is vital for any aspiring footballer and mastering the fundamentals can be done from home and in their own time. The 7mlc content is fantastic and there's a reason why he has nearly 2m followers. It is also free!! You can access it all here:
We also sent out a survey for parents to complete and the data was very interesting. You can read all about it here:

You can secure a spot by booking now:
We will also be running the following camps later in the year:

GOALKEEPERS
The feedback from training with Jonny was excellent. We are looking to start monthly goalkeeping specific sessions from April onwards. We would also like keepers involved in any small group sessions we start.
TEAMS
First Team: The First Team ran out convincing 10-0 winners in the Scottish Cup Quarter Final against Strathaven Dynamo. Liam Kelly (1), Cameron Taylor (1), Chris Donnelly (2), Adam Prior (1) and Caleb Holness (5) were on the scoresheet. Caleb was unsurprisingly names Devlin Mambo MOTM. Thanks to everyone who came to support the team.
We now await details of our playoff matches against PYF Saltires.

B Team: The B Team had no game last week but the matches played went in our favour to give us a really convincing gap at the top of the SFL Edinburgh table. We play 2nd placed Nerazzurri in an 8.20pm KO at the Oriam on Wednesday.

Under 16's: The u16's remain top of the league with Joga futsal still to play in what could be a title decider in the u16 National League.
Youth Teams: It was the finals of the 2012/13 Scottish Cup (Fife Region) yesterday and our Blue team ended up winners after a semi-final win over Duloch Juniors and a final win over Blue Brazil White. What makes it better is that most of the team are 2013 age group and playing a year above. The team now progresses to the national finals that take place in June. Well done boys!!

Over the summer we will be running 3v3 leagues at the younger age groups and 5v5 leagues at the older ones. These will take place every 2 weeks from the start 5th of April. We will also host tournaments over July as well as arranging external matches across the UK and looking to enter international events.
The youth teams are open to everyone in the academy. If you would like your child to join the teams please get in touch.
STREET FEET SCOTTISH CUP 2026
The Street Feet Christmas Cup was a resounding success and it was fantastic to see so many Escocia players involved with their friends and teams. This year we are looking to run regional events across Scotland with a national final. Competitions are likely to take place during July 2026 with national finals in December.

KITS
The previous order should be getting delivered soon. It has been delayed with flight issues in the middle east.
We are also in the process of designing new kits which will be launched later this year (September). Here is our mascot Ricardo wearing some of the designs.

We will get samples to show players soon.
