ACADEMY
This week is SMALL SIDED GAMES week and an opportunity for the players to express themselves and showcase what they have learnt over the block. The small sided games will have different pitch layouts and conditions attached to challenge the players game awareness and intelligence. as always the sessions will finish with full court matches.
SMALL GROUP SESSIONS
We ran pilot camps over the summer and the feedback was excellent. 90 minute session that include ball mastery, mastering the fundamentals, speed and agility, game related coaching, fotball specific fitness. Every player also gets personalised feedback.
We are starting with 4 Small Group Sessions at Caledonia High School in October with the intention to add more in the future.

TEAMS UPDATE
Parents should have a seperate email on how to register for the teams. The teams are open to all Futsal Escocia Academy players at a discounted fee per month.
Adult - The adult teams have been playing friendly matches in preperation for the Super League and SFL Edinburgh that start later this month. Fixtures tbc
Youth - Well done to everyone at the 3v3's this week. Barry and the coaches said that despite lower numbers the effort was good.
We have confirmed that we will be registering a 2012/13 side to the Scossie Cup in Aberdeen on the 17th and 18th of October. Please update TeamFeePay with your child's availability and we will select a squad asap.
As highlighted in the summer update, we will also be heading back to Madeira next July. Selection will strictly be based on attendance and performance at team and academy activities. We will be sending out an email to establish who would like to be up for selection later this week.
NEW KITS
The new kits are available to order now. Kits can be purchased by any player and are a must for players who are looking to be involved in the Futsal Escocia Teams. Kits will remain active for 2 years to try and keep costs down.

Kits must be paid in full before the order is processed fully. An order is already in production. This will arrive in time for the winter leagues.
BARCELONA 2027
We have had a good response for our Barcelona Tour 2027 and can confirm that we will be going. We still have a limited number of spaces available for this but registration will be closed from October. Please book asap if you want to go.
We are lucky with fixtures this year with opportunities to go and watch Barcelona at both futsal and football whilst we are over!!

CAMPS
We are running a futsal camp during the second week of the holidays at Dunfermline Learning Campus. We are also considering a team camp for the first week for players who would like to be involved in the Madeira Tour and Scossie Cups.
