THE ACADEMY WEEK AHEAD
This week sees Eck from Raeside Pro Edge Conditioning come out to test the players to see how they are developing physically. Testing includes recording players height, weight, acceleration, change of direction, top speed, and explosive strength and power. Results are compared to previous tests and sent out to parents. It is vital that every player gives 100% during the testing to provide accurate results.
If we get through the testing quick enough, each session will finish with games.
Please try to make at least one of our sessions this week.
SUMMER HOLIDAY BREAK
We have a 1 week break from Academy and Team sessions between the 3rd and 9th of August (inclusive).
I am on holiday from the 27th of July to the 9th of August. I won't be doing much admin during this time and will catch up when I return.
SUCCESS STORIES
We have a few success stories to share this week.
Congratulations to Bryce Reekie (2015) on signing for Falkirk FC. Bryce travels through to Fife from Tullibody to train and play a couple of times a week. He has a fantastic attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn. Vital attributes for any aspiring footballer.
Congratulations also to Callum Hogg who has signed professional terms with Bonnyrigg Rose. Callum was previously on amatuer terms but has been doing well in the minutes he has played in the first team.

We will also be running a Str33t Feet Christmas Cup at different age groups at the Michael Woods Arena between Christmas and New Year. Look out for further information on this soon!!!
TEAMS UPDATE
There are no u14/u16 or first team sessions on Sunday 3rd August.
Emails have also been sent out re the Funchal Cup in Madeira 2026. If you are interested in attending, please complete the Google Form that is included within the email.
We have have half day team camps at DLC between the 11th and 15th of August.

WHAT'S NEW?
Futsal Niños
Futsal Niños is for 4-6 year olds and it is the perfect place to start your futsal/football journey.
I am delighted to announce that we will be launching a new session between 5-6pm on a Friday at Kirkcaldy Leisure Centre from the start of September. You will be able to book this from the start of August.
We have a great wee group emerging at Inverkeithing and we still have limited number of spaces available in this session. You can register your child here:

Winter Leagues 2025/26
We will be promoting our Winter Leagues very soon. Leagues will be at the following age groups:
We will also try to run girls only leagues if there is enough interest. A few teams have already contacted us.
The leagues take place between the start of November and the end of February.
